Level One - Holy Fire Reiki®

Level-One Holy Fire Reiki® class is an 8-hour class that contains the following;

  • Level-One attunement

  • Morning meditation

  • History of Reiki

  • Self-treatment Techniques and Practice 

    • Gassho Meditation ​

    • Reji-ho

    • Boysen Scanning

    • Kenyoku

​

This class will be offered to those who want to include Reiki in their daily practice or know more.
